| I held off until today to take Trixie to the Vet, I had all good intentions of taking her a few days ago because of the awful panting, despite the reduction of Pred 1 week and a half ago. However over the past 3 days she really picked up, the panting stopped, she has been more alert, although her breathing is still a little rapid. The vet did a pcv this afternoon and since her last one, just over 2 weeks ago, she has gone from 27% to 34% :+) I'm very happy about this, given her pred has been reduced. She will be kept on the same doseage for another week or so, will then have a full blood count and a further reduction will be based on the results of that. Tricia |
