Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - to Janice about Clifford

Janice I am so sorry to hear that you lost your fur baby Clifford. Wen I was feeling so sad for all the losses I wrote this little poem. I know it will not help with all the trauma you feel right now but here it is. I have written more poems but thought this was appropiate.
ANOTHER SAD DAY ON THE FORUM

We knew you from messages left by your Moms and Dads..
You were doing so well and all of a sudden they were so sad.
Mom and Dad had to let you go....They didn't want you to
suffer So...Away you flew like the Angels above, Right into
the arms of the Father of Love.

Many new friends are here and some old ones too, They all
said "Hello"we have been waiting for you.
We know your Moms and Dads will be sad for a while,
but when they know how much love is here they will
be glad and smile.

Remembering too that you are alive in their hearts,
Then saddness will fade but they will never forget
because you my dear friend have left footprints forever
on their hearts. Always remembered and never to part.

We will meet again some day....Rainbow Bridge is the
place...We will show you the way.

I forgot to tell you that your Clifford has been added to the Rainbow Bridge page.

Thank you so much. It has been a rough couple of days and I am now in the process of putting the final touches on his urn and picking "just the right picture". Your poem is so sweet and you are very thoughtful to send it to me.

Dear Dolores -- that's a lovely poem. Thank you for sharing it. It really wraps up all of the feelings on the forum -- we try to provide support to one another throught the stages of fighting IMHA and we'll always be here for each other. Even if people have "been away for a while" they eventually return because this is a place for compassion, help, and understanding. Take care.

Janice, just want to let you know that love, hugs and prayers are always there. Clifford was blessed to have the best mommy and he returned that same blessing of love to you. Know that we all are here to offer what comfort we can in your pain.

Dolores that was a beautiful poem. Which Rainbow Bridge page are you referring to? I would love to have Brandy there. thanks
