| Hi, Have tried to read all the threads and have cried over many. All I can say is we all know what's best for our own.I lost my dear George to this terrible illness 3&1/2 years ago and was devestated when Joey aged 3 developed it last year.I looked for answers and even had the water tested incase it was due to zinc poisoning as we'd had our kitchen changed and I thought the pipework was faulty.Joey is now doing well and has had a GA for nasal discharge I now am convinced he has had hayfever as it's alot better.Routine vaccs have been put on hold as my vet's been ill but I wiil get them done as there are too many dogs here that haven't and I would hate to lose him to one of those diseases after all he's been through. As for fleas the same thing goes- now on Advocate I do it when I'm here incase of problems. Teeth cleaning has always been a problem but if he needs it I will let my vet do it under GA as the alternatives are just as bad.Once again I will say that we know our own and I will only let these things happen if I am sure he is strong enough.Next bloods will be taken within 2 weeks so will keep you posted. Love to you all, Corrie & Joey. xx |

| Those are words I needed to hear because I have been struggling with the decision I had to make with Sami. I hope Joey continues in good health and I'll be praying for both of you. Sue |
