Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - The return of Woof

Ern has not been completely med free for 6 weeks and he's doing great! Before his illness he used to amuse us all by charging around playing with his imaginary friend, affectionately known as 'woof'. Since he was taken ill 'woof' has been sadly missed and there were times when we wondered if Ernie was ever going to play again. As you can see from this video clip taken yesterday, Ern is now feeling much better and 'Woof' is visiting again. :-)
PS Keep one eye on the white cat.

Sue,
Very cute! In the Giant Schnauzer world we call those the "rips." Love the cat hiding in the back. Guess the cat's reign in the house is over now that Ern is back in business. Good to hear such wonderful news.

Sue, I loved the video!!! I don't think your cat knew what to make of Ernie. Such incredibly great news that Ernie is med free. So glad for you all.

I always like to put a face with a name. Ernie is adorable and so is his imaginary playmate-ha! Your kitty looks like she/he thinks dogs are such mad creatures. I am so happy for you and Ernie. I hope people that are new to the board will take the time to look at the video. It is packed with nothing but pure hope and belief that this crummy disease can be beaten.
