This is a slide show by the excellent Canadian Agility competitor and trainer Susann Garritt. Although it is geared to Agility and competition, I think there is a lesson there for all dog parents. Enjoy and have the Kleenex box ready: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfXGD4hP1Ro Best wishes, Brigitte

Dear Brigitte, Thank you so much for the beautiful show. I'm forwarding it to all my friends. The story is especially inspirational for those whose best friends have AIHA. I miss Kahlu very much. Kahlu had been Tootsie and my inspiration because when Tootsie became ill we thought of him as our mentor and Tootsie was following in his footsteps in AIHA. Tootsie became ill on 5/30/09. So far Tootsie is doing well and her meds are being reduced very slowly. I loved seeing the pictures of Kahlu in his agility performances. I am over 60 years old and Tootsie is the tenth dog I have had in my life. I have 3 right now. I still miss all of the ones who have gone on to wait for us. When our dogs pass on there is always another canine soul out there who needs us. Best wishes. Barb and Tootsie

Brigitte That was a very enlighting video and so very true. Thank you for reminding me of the lessons my dogs continue to share with me everyday which I sometimes take for granted. Susann Garritt must be an excellent trainer. Cheryl & Ginger
