I want to thank all of you who replied to my thread pertaining to the loss of my beloved Shih Tzu, Mickey to IMHA. It was comforting to receive your condolences. I am still suffering badly because it is only (10) days since I had to put him to sleep. I am still devastated and I loved him so very much. I guess time will heal some of the pain but I will never forget him. Thanks a bunch.

Dear Kathy, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your darling Mickey. This disease is truly awful, all of us here shed a tear for all babies lost to IMHA, and rejoice with those who continue to survive. I hope that time heals your pain, and that your happy memories of Mickey comfort you during this difficult time. We are here for you and thinking of you, Samantha & Millie.

Dear Kathy It does hurt, as many of us know. Im so sorry to read about Mickey. I lost Riley a maltese shihtzu cross only a few short weeks ago - they are always there in our lives. I do find some comfort in the fact that Riley doesnt have to battle this horrible illness any longer while we tried to find answers that would help him - he was a fighter, but some things you just cant fight. Im sure the two of them are chasing each other at the Rainbow Bridge. Silka
