Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Success Story Updates

Since I think it is important to keep the Success Stories at the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Web site as current as possible, I try to update them as soon as I receive an update from the dog's owner/caregiver. I have recently updated several stories and was really inspiried by some of these updates so I thought I would mention them here.

Tzoe, the October 2002 Success Story:

Tzoe will celebrate her 11 year AIHA anniversary next month Tzoe is 15 years old and does have some health issues but these health issues are age related not AIHA/IMHA related.

Shelby, the November 2005 Success Story:

Shelby was diagnosed with AIHA at 4 months of age and will be 7 years old in August of this year. Shelby is currently doing GREAT!!

Jessie, the December 2004 Success Story:

Jessie was recently euthaznized at age 15 but she lived an active healthy life until a fall in Feb of this year.

I have recenlty updated other stories as well but these 3 really stand out in my mind.

These stories show that dogs who have been diagnosed with AIHA/IMHA can live long happy lives with no relapses. May these updates provide you all with HOPE and encouragment.

What a combination of smiles and tears. Congrats to all these dogs and their parents!
