Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Sam update
| Sam had a two week interval between his blood tests, and the last number was a 41!!! So we are in the "normal" range. His energy level is still not 100%. He still can't jump up on to the bed, and he pants alot. But, one thing I have noticed lately is his back legs just seem to go out from under him unexpectedly. He has lost weight, even while on the Prednisone with egg and chicken suppliments. I don't know if this is AIHA or from his cancers. Thank you all for the support! |

| Becky, That is great news at 41! Don't worry about his energy level, Holly goes up and down, some days she runs around crazy and the next she sleeps. We have her on every other day prednisone 2.5mg and still 2.5mg Imuran every day. I think the energy levels really vary alot. Linda |
