I do know how difficult this time is for you and hope you can feel comfort that Rocco is no longer in any pain and will be greeted at Heavens Gate by the best dogs in the world which arethe ones that have died of AIHA before him. I have a feeling that Rocco knew how very much you loved him and how very much he will be missed. | Glenn -- I was sorry to see the news that your dear Rocco lost his battle with IMHA. The grief is terrible from this disease -- so many of us here know it. Please accept that you did all that you could for him, but it just wasn't meant to be. And please take comfort in the great memories of you had with your wonderful life with Rocco. Please take care and let us know how you are doing. The caring people on this forum were a great comfort to me when I lost my dear Wiley 3 1/2 years ago, and I continue to believe this is a place where people understand. |

| Glenn, I am so very saddened to hear of the death of your most beloved Rocco. Please accept my deepest sympathies on your loss. When you feel up to it, I hope you will visit the Loss and Grief page at the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Web site: http://www.cloudnet.com/~jdickson/loss.htm This page was written with input from those who have lost their dogs to AIHA/IMHA and contains many resources that will be very helpful to you during these most difficult days. Once again, my deepest sympathies to you on your loss. Be assured you are in my thoughts and prayers. |

| Glenn, I am so sorry to hear the news about Rocco. It hurts like the dickens. I replay different little moments between Kit and me trying to remember and trying to figure out this beast - IMHA. Was it this? Was it that? Could I have done this? Could I have done that? I think it is just a process we have to go through. Please know you are not alone and everyone on this site is feeling/hurting with you and for you. Take care. |
