| The specialist called today with the results of Darcy's CBC test. Her reticulocytes (sp) are 22,000. In the beginning they were a meager 1,100, so I am extremely thankful that they have increased. This gives me hope that Darcy's bone marrow is starting to produce those baby RBCs. She is still considered to have non-regenerative anemia, which is anything less than a reading of 60,000. I'm just so thankful for some good news and wanted to share. Karen |
