INCREASED CRENATION, UNABLE TO FURTHER EVALUATE RBC MORPHOLOGY SLIGHT HOWELL JOLLY BODIES SCHISTOCYTES - SLIGHT SPHEROCYTES - SLIGHT He is not really hungry. It is really a roller coaster ride and very stressful as you already know. However, thank you for asking. I am feeling the stress today. Robin |

| Robin, A good recipe for our dogs is the liver cleansing diet from Dr. Dodds http://www.canine-epilepsy.com/Liver%20cleansing%20diet.htm Best wishes, Brigitte |

| Thanks for the info. Hang in there. It will get better. I'm not an expert on counts, but some of them that I do know sound pretty darn good consdering, even some of those that have gone down are still in a decent range. I'm thinking of you and Jack too. |

| Hi Robin, Check out Mary Strauss' recipes, and the whole dog journal. I would recommend starting off with these, but run everything by a canine nutritionist who knows and understand AIHA first. AIHA dogs have special needs, and there is no one recipe for AIHA. Usually, liver cleansing is good for liver support (along with supplements) but not long-term. Its good to use kidney friendly foods too, but also you need to get balanced nutrition. It can be tough, thats why i recommend a nutritionist - maybe those on the list who have consulted a nutrionist could pitch in? Christine |
