| Hi all, Another option to raise the awareness of AIHA would be to contact The Greg Biffle Foundation and see if they can or will donate to the Morris Animal Fund (MAF). Greg Bifle is a very successful NASCAR driver who has estabilished his own foundation "to create awarness and serve as an advocate to improve the well being of animals by engaging the power and passion of the motorsports industry". To quote from the foundations web page. Another thought would be to have Greg or his car owner Jack Roush donate some space on the race car to raise awareness of AIHA or have folks donate directly to the MAF. We lost our schnauzer a few years ago to AIHA, and I have always wanted to do SOMETHING towards curing or "solving" AIHA. Maybe this will do some good. Just another thought from a gear head. Dave |

| I clearly understand the importance of creating awareness of AIHA. The point that troubles me the most however is how to get the info. out to the general pet owners public (who are by far in great percentages 'followers of vet protocol') that a number of recommended and popularly touted by vets pet- treatments are the cause! How many foundations are willing to go up against the FDA, EPA and Big Pharma? Not any, my guess. Jan |
