Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Ragweed allergy

Tillie is itching and biting early this year. If anyone has any ideas please post them. I won't do steroids or Benadryl...I have been using a herbal spray, herbal shampoo, and aloe vera gel as often as I have to.
There are tabs online from the company I order the spray from and they are all herbs..but I don't know...this is my 3rd year using the spray..but it just is not enough.
Tillie will itch/scratch/bite until it freezes. :(

I would be very cautious with the herbal sprays, etc. My oldest girl - non-IMHA 16 1/2 yr old min dachshud - developed a allergy to them after my using them for years. After Matilda was diagnosed, I made sure that was all I used, and bath them once a week as well. I couldn't figure it out until Sadie (the older one) finally developed hives. All that time when she was itching, I thought I was helping her - but in reality I was just making it worse. I then resorted to letting them "soak" in a warm bath of baking soda and/or oatmeal soak when they get too itchy. Now, I just bathe them once a week with a non-allergenic shampoo that I get from the vet, and treat the yard, not them, for bugs, etc. And watch them like a hawk. And so far this summer, no itching, biting, etc. good luck.

I don't treat Tillie for bugs per se.
I use the herbal spray, herbal shampoo and have started giving her the herbal tablets (Skineze) and I'm scared stiff! They assure me they have sold thousands of bottles...and have the testimonials to back them up...I just don't know. I can't stand to see Tillie itching like this...and she can't even sleep well.
I am really not knowing what to do as this is an environmental allergy...there is ragweed all over and it's getting ready to release the pollen in a few weeks.
Thanks.
