Josh, Glad to hear Sway is up a few points. I can't believe that it is getting close to a year since you began the fight. Your dedication and Sway's will is fantastic. How is she doing physically? Best to you both. Penny

Dear Josh and Sway, Wow, a year already. Time really flies, especially with this disease. I am glad to hear Sway's numbers are up - that is good news. What is she currently taking re meds and supplements? How is she doing otherwise - is she happy, lethargic, sleepy, ?? Its been almost a year and a half for Kent, we will get the latest bloodwork on Friday. He has been hanging at 31 hematocrit since almost 5 months or so, despite reductions in pred. But the good news is that yesterday, for the first time since he was originally diagnosed, he actually jogged/ran around the park i take him to. Usually he jsut goes around 200 yards, lays down, and wanders back to the car. So after all this time, his energy is coming up. He is jumping on the couch again, and his spirits are really very good. I hope Sways, and yours, are too. Big hugs to you, and kent sends a four paws up to Sway, Best, Christine and Kent

I am so thankful for this forum. Reading the positive stories and the determination so many of you and your dogs have is really a morale booster for me.

Hi Josh. Glad to hear some positive news for Sway. Let's hope those numbers just keep on rising. We passed our first anniversary too - it is amazing how time flies. Take care. deb and Duck

Wow! It is so great to hear dogs that are actually improving and doing well. Sometimes there seems to be such a rash of dogs dying from IMHA that it gets discouraging. Ann Marie
