Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - puppy shaking whilst eating food and afterwards?
| Hi, I have a 6 week old yorkshire terrier puppy. She is doing very well, at the moment she is on wet puppy food (canned) and semi skimmed milk (eating well). The only concern I have about her is she shakes when she eats her food and afterwards for about 5 minutes, why is this? This is the only time she does this. I am booking her in for her first needle at the weekend and I was going to ask the vet tomorrow when I book her appointment but thought I would try here first as I am very worried about her. | Rachael, Perhaps she is just over excited about her food? Hopefully it is just puppiness. Let us know what your Vet has to say. Penny |
