Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Pancreatitis

Just wondering if anyone knows how do you know if they have pancreatitis? Holly's Lipase level on yesterday's blood draw is up to 1408, back on August 21 it was 454.

Hi Linda. A few years ago I had a dog who had pancreatitis. His symptoms were vomitting to the point of severe dehydration.
