Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Orange stool
| Wiley is having diarrhea (still) and we are calling the vet today but this morning when I looked at it, it seemed kind of orange. Do you think that the canned pumpkin could have caused this? I only fed him small amounts and actually haven't given it in a couple of days because it didn't seem to be helping him. Thanks! |

| I know when Wolfie and Aiyana were both sick they had bouts of orange bowel movements. I was told it could be their meds, or could be something in the liver. |

| Hi Lisa, It sounds like it most likely is the pumpkin. The stool can also be orange coloured when the body is destroying the red blood cells, however most likely in Wiley's case it would be the pumpkin. Maybe go for a PCV check if you are worried and make sure those gums are nice and pink! Sam & Millie. |
