When it is near time for the events to start you will be able to click on the highlighted words (they do not become highlighted until about 5 minutes before the events) and watch the live timing and scoring.

I watched the Memorial day race timing and scoring on this page and enjoyed it so much. In fact I thought it was more exciting then actually seeing the race on Speed TV later.

Steve, you know that David, Maddie and I are sending you and your team our very best wishes for a great practice, qualifing and race. We will be glued to the computer as last time, wearing our "Race for HOPE" shirts and rooting for number 18.

Steve and team,
Wishing you nothing but the best. I have always been a 1/4 mile fan (instant gratification) but I really enjoyed watching the Lime Rock race so I guess you have a convert. With all that "dog-power" to go along with the HP I am looking forward to your podium finish.

Steve,

All the best in this race. Boogie (and her brother and sister, Frankie and Sara) will be following it on the computer and rooting for you all the way.

Sue

P. S. Boogie's count was 38 today, and she's feeling so much better. This is after reducing the pred to 2.5 mgs once a day. Original dosage was 10 mgs. a day. I'm so excited.

Steve and Crew,
Not understanding a lot about your sport I am hoping that your 3rd place did get you a podium spot. It was very frustrating with the feed being messed up but also very exciting. I kept saying "go doggie power throughout the race" Congrats to all.

Steve,

I had trouble with the feed too, but did find it exciting. 3rd place is wonderful! We are so very proud.

How about that. The dogs were howling!

Sorry about the live timing feed, Grand Am was having problems sending the signal out from the track. Very exciting race and MAF #338 should be getting a nice check.

Well Watkins Glen is next and we are looking to improve. Also I had to answer alot of questions about IMHA/AIHA.

Pictures should be up on our website within the next few days, hope you enjoy.

Steve,

Nice finish. I bet the dogs were howling!

Thanks for all you are doing to support and raise funds for continuing research into IMHA.

***Just a selfish request -- any chance you could take close-up pictures of each part of the car so we might see the bones and paws with our dogs name on it.

Thanks so much.

Steve,

Not sure exactly when you raced on Saturday, but my newly adopted old dog Otis, who rarely barks and doesn't howl, was howling up a storm on Saturday between 1 and 1:30. I guess his heightened 6th sense put him on the same plane as all the other howlers.

Steve,
Looking forward to the pictures.I was able to find a link that gave a (in my terminology) play by play recap. It does sound like it was an exciting race. I am glad you are getting interest from people wanting to find out more about AIHA. Thanks again for all your efforts.

Steve,

Congratulations! As a long time car guy (40+ years),
former NHRA tech inspector, and race car enthusiast,
I can certainly appreciate your poduim finsh in such a short time.

Thank you all.

Penny, yes 3rd place is a podium. Something very seldom done on only your 2nd race with a new car.

Ann Marie, I'll see what I can do for you with the pictures. Just give me a couple of days. Oh, and Otis was right on time!

Dave, Tech Guy, yikes...just kidding! Glad to have you watching. You may be converted one day to actually enjoy the rights and lefts :-)

Sue, Congrats on Boogie doing so well.

One of our dog bone purchasers showed up with his daughter and she really loved the "doggie car"

Steve,
I saw the pictures of your team on the podium at another site. Great job by all. I hope Megan didn't suffer much damage with the "bump" I am thinking but nothing definate yet of making the Utah race as a day trip. Would enjoy meeting everyone.

Steve,

Thanks again for all you do and the consideration regarding the pictures.

The "doggie car" is great! You don't have to be little to love that car. Keep up the great work!!
