Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - May 2008 Success Story up at Meisha's Hope
| Happy May Day to all! Just a quick note to let everyone know that the May 2008 AIHA/IMHA Success Story is now up at the Meisha’s Hope Web site. This month’s story is about Casper who not only had/has IMHA but also ITP (immune mediated thrombocytopenia) at the same time, which results in a condition known as Evans Syndrome. Casper’s human mom/caregiver, Leslie posts on this forum. All the commissions Leslie receives from the sale of these IMHA items will go to the Meisha’s Hope AIHA/IMHA Fund #338 at Morris Animal Foundation. I purchased a sweatshirt, t shirt and mouse pad from this site and was very pleased with the quality of this merchandise. You will also notice that all the main pages of the Meisha’s Hope Web site now carry the AIHA/IMHA Awareness and Fund Raising Initiative, “Race for Hope” decal.
