| THANK all who responded. I can't tell you how good it is to know there is a support system like you'll out there! Great news!!! Layla's CBC (?) was up to 40.76 yesterday (Wed.), up form 31.66, 9 days ago! . Lowering the pred. to 10 mg. every other day for 10 days, then maybe discontinue it! Skipping the "Danazol" & continuing the Imuran (Axathioprine) for a while. She was actually playing with her toys & rolling upside down & acting like her former happy self last night (for a little bit)! So great to see. But still lathargic. We don't realize how wonderful the littlest things are until they aren’t there. I will never complain or fret over the “small stuff” again!! (I hope) Thank you so much for you concern. I just wish everyone could have had the same outcome. (Although I realize we are not completely out of the woods yet, still praying.) Continued prayers appreciated. Keep EMs coming! Terese |

| Thank you all soooo much. What do you think about giving her beef liver? Locally grown,no pestisides Just a wee bit mixed in her food? Also, my baby was so trim, & has gained 13 lbs. in 1 1/2 months & is a fatty girl now, so sad to see this. She used to be so much faster than me . |

| That is great news for Layla! Do a search for Liver, I remember thinking of giving it to Wylie and she is 50# it was 1 tsp per meal. I thought wow, that stuff is concentrated! One thing I learned last night When I had Wylies PCV done, while iron can be a great thing for an AIHA dog, too much can be bad too. I have been charting her full CBC in a spreadsheet and her MCHC was rising and was a little over the normal range She has been on pet tinic which is a high iron supplement and the vet said to stop it and I should see the number go down.
