Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - In This Moment...

In this moment...the only one I know that I have...I want to express my appreciation for all of those who come, who have come, and will yet come to this site in search of answers and kindred spirits and to seek ease for heartache and hope for a next moment. I want to send into the universe a prayer for a New Year filled with peace and health and hope and an end to loss. I want each day to take quiet moments to find reasons to cherish life and to contribute reasons to others by my thoughts and words and actions...and to remember those who have likewise contributed to me. And in this moment I want to send my gratitude to all who continue the struggle in the IMHA/AIHA climb to find answers and solutions out of devotion to our selfless furry friends.

May we each remember that the one thing in life we can never recreate is time...and, knowing this, make the very most of each precious moment.

Blessed New Year,
Cheryl (and always Barkley)

Dear Cheryl -- thank you for saying so eloquently what so many of us were thinking as we enter a new year. Take care, and Happy New Year to you. I'm sure Barkley and Wiley and our other dear dogs are living it up!
