There must be two groups now on facebook. The one I joined which I saw joannes on is called Auto-Immune Hemolytic (AIHA) Awareness with 179 members. It is so great so see that there are two groups now on facebook, which must be helpful so anyone who loved pet is ill, as is this site. Am unsure of the link but it you can find it by typing in the above name.

While you are on facebook please check out the Truman collar facebook page http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Truman-Collar/298909443713?ref=mf#

Truman was a very much loved Bernese Mountain dog who passed away at the age of 4 1/2 from hemolytic anemia, an autoimmune disease. Debby makes the dog collars and donates 25% of sales to the Morris Animal Foundation which funds research for a cure.

I have had may of her collars and the are so well made and she has so many choices it is hard to pick just one.

Cheryl,

Thank you for posting about the Truman Collar page on Facebook. For anyone who is not on Facebook you can view the Truman Collars at the Truman Collar Web site:

http://www.thetrumancollar.com/

25% of the purchase price of each Truman Collar goes to the Meisha's Hope AIHA/IMHA Fund #338 at Morris Animal Foundation

http://www.cloudnet.com/~jdickson/newhope.htm

http://www.morrisanimalfoundation.org/meisha

to help sponor studies on Canine AIHA/IMHA.

Truman Collars are truly the best collars I have ever seen. I have purchased several and given away many as gifts to friends.
