I hope Kathleen doesn't mind my writing this, but I know that all of you must be wondering how she and Nollaig are doing and worrying about her since she hasn't posted lately. Kathleen's father passed away last Friday. Please be in prayer for Kathleen and her family. On a brighter note, I think Nollaig is doing well.

Thank you to all those above for your kind sympathies and Mardi thank you so much for the lovely card you sent,I was very touched. Thanks Karen for letting everyone know why I wasn't on forum.
It's my Dad's funeral mass tomorrow morning but to be honest I'm feeling a bit numb at the moment about his death,I think there's just been so much to do and so many family and friends been round my Mum's so everything is just out of routine anyway. I think we'll all feel it more when we're back to the normal day to day things and Dad won't be around.
On the bright side Nollaig seems to continue to do well, but she's not best pleased with me because I've not been giving her the attention she deserves but I'm sure she understands. My Dad always had a special affinity with Nollaig as I stayed at his house when she had her 6 pups last year and he would rub her tummy all the time.WHen he was very ill he always asked about her and I did get the chance to tell him she had turned things around and he was so delighted he always said 'there's something special about that wee dog' and he's right!!
Sorry haven't had chance to read everyone else's news but I will be back on the forum more soon, although I will want to spend a lot more time with Mum in the upcoming months as I know she'll need us around to get her through the hard times ahead.

Take care
