| Hi everyone, Just wanted to share some great news with everyone. Holly's bloodwork came back in today and her Hematocrit is holding steady at 44.1, last month was 46.5, and her retic is also holding steady at 0.5 which is the exact same as last month. Last month after her bloodwork we started a very slow reduction on the prednisone from 5mg split twice a day to 4mg split twice a day. So today we started another reduction down to 3mg split twice a day. This seems to be working for her so we will stick with this plan. This plan is slower than reducing 25% or more, but this one works the other plan did not. Thanks, Linda |
