Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Happy Thanksgiving

I just wanted to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving and to let you know that not a day goes by that I don't think about each and everyone of your precious dogs and I pray that one day we can find a better treatment.

God Bless you all,

Same to everyone from us. Blessings and prayers and most of all thanks to everyone here who shares the joys and sorrows we have all known.

We have some extra thanks this year. We just adopted two Great Pyrenees.......Sweetheart, age 2 and her son Frankie age 1. They arrived from Indiana on Sun Nov 23. They have brought joy and love back into our lives. I think Brandy would be proud but laughing at their shameless begging for pets!
She liked pets but on her terms and with dignity.
They are sweet, loving and love attention.

Oh Sharon!!!! You just brought tears to my eyes! I am so happy to hear your wonderful news. Brandy is so proud, I know it!

What gorgeous dogs! I wasn't totally sure what a Great Pyrenees looked like, but now I see how absolutely beautiful they are. I hope they bring much
joy and happiness this holiday season, and for many years to come. And I'm so happy you got them both!

We are ecstatic and so thankful too since Tiggs PCV today was a record high- 42-I think it was a 'trip to Best Friends miracle'!

Congratulations on your new additions, and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone as well. While it may seem hard to be thankful while dealing with this awful disease I am sure we are all very thankful for the wonderful dogs that have graced our lives whether they are on this side of the bridge or not.
Sharon, it looks like you were doubly blessed with a pair of beautiful new dogs. Hopefully your back can handle them!

Sharon & Family,
Congratulations on your new additions!! They are really beautiful dogs and they even match your furniture.

I think you will love having two dogs as they are such good company for each other, not to mention playmates. I am sure Brandy would approve and be proud that you got them from a rescue.

Keep the photos coming!!

Ahhhh Sharon, aren't they a pair of beauties!! I am so happy for you, I know my little Saffy has brought joy to us all and she absolutely loved my husband when he came home on leave from the Falkland Islands, think it was slightly mutual though!

All the best

Wow, congratulations that is the best way to recover from your loss. They will keep you busy. I used to own a big dog a St. Bernard and she was great. Good luck.
