| Well darn, the internet has been down all day here at work so I missed this until late. Thank you. I stay here because of Chance. He is now gone, almost a year, but I will never forget how alone and scared I felt when he was sick in early 2007. There was one person on another forum who began to write me privately with help before I found this forum. She was my lifeline to sanity. She is an academic, with a wealth of information, and I learned a lot from her. So thank you to insectwoman48. We can't be together physically but we can always be here together spiritually. I am grateful these days when I am so busy with our new puppy Willie that Brigitte is often here, providing calming information and gracious messages of care and concern. She is very dedicated to this forum and deserves a lot of thanks too! None of us ever have all the answers and my answers may sometimes be wrong. However, I know that it is the instantaneous responses that reassure desperate owners in the middle of the night. Vetnet is like a doggie 911. my best patrice |
