Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Did your dog get DHLPP&Rabies together as a pup?

I was wondering if your dogs received both the DHLPP & Rabies together as part of their puppy shots? Seems most dogs do get these together, and people don't know about Dr Dodds recommendations until our dogs have already been diagnosed. Is there a correlation that this weakens the immune system as a puppy and we don't know it until a heartworm pill or flea treatment triggers it years later? Brady got his together at 14 weeks, and was diagnosed at age 2.

NEVER give multiple shots at once, not for people and not for dogs. I believe that it is too much for the immune system. My dogs get shots spaced over several weeks.
