Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Dearest Joanne

Dearest Joanne

I am so sorry - I was so caught up in the moment of Phoebe's PCV rise and that I wanted to tell everyone - I hadn't scrolled down to read past threads - imagine my horror, my shock, my devastation to realise you have lost your beloved Maddie - I feel so guilty with my post, just as I had received Phoebe's bandana this very morning with your lovely message - from Maddie and yourself - I am so very very sorry. this truly is a roller coaster day - but I know you, like all the other pet owners on this forum, have given Maddie the best life possible, and you must keep this in your thoughts at all time! The love you shared and the happy memories you will have - it will take some time before you can think of her with a smile on your face - but it will happen.

Please accept both my apologies and my deepest condolences on the loss of your beautiful girl - I shall light a candle for her in church to guide her way.

Love and best wishes

Gill,

Please do not feel guilty. Guilt is totally useless emotion and does nothing but make the person feeling it feel even worse.

I am so very thrilled for your good news and I know Maddie would have been as well since she loved dogs so much.

I wish continued good progress for you and your most beloved Phoebe. I am so glad she got her Bandanna and can't wait to receive the photo of her wearing it which you will be sending to my hotmail email account. I look foward to posting Phoebe's photo on the Bandanna photo page so others can see it.
