Just wanted to share the latest on Cranky. We went to the vet today for our two week check up. We are now 120 days since diagnosis. Cranky's blood work was good PCV was 49 reduce pred to 1.25 mg every other day for two weeks after two weeks 1.25mg every three days and return in one month. Also, increased cyclosporine from 0.2 ml 2 times a day to 0.3 ml 2 times a day. I am thankful thus far but I am worried about this reduction.

Way to go Mom and Cranky! Yeah, the reductions are scary. Its best to get a recheck before every reduction just to know where you stand. It sounds like Cranky is doing wonderful and that brings so many of us joy. Hugs to you for being such a good mama to Cranky and Hi five to Cranky for being such a tough pooch. Thank you for sharing the outstanding news. Teresa and Jacob

Tere, Congrats to you and Cranky. It is so sad that we never get to look at our dogs with the same eyes as prior to diagnosis. Reductions are scary but be proud that you have the opportunity a lot of us never got that far. One day at a time. Penny
