| Good news we went to the vet last night for our two week and 30 day pred reduction we started 1/4 of 5mg pred this morning. His PCV last night was 57. Its so strange we were all talking last night at the clinic how no one really thought he would pull through those days he was at the clinic. I really hate to write this for fear of jinxing our good fortune but for those whose babies are still sick I want to give them some hope. Cranky was I think 12 PCV when his transfusion was done on August 4, 2007 Teresa and Cranky |

| Teresa, this is great news about Cranky. I know what you mean about not wanting to get too positive for fear of jinxing the situation - I find myself telling people that Duck is "doing well, for now". Keep us posted. deb and Duck |
