| Cookie is back from her recheck with great news---her PCV is up to 30%! (up from 20% last week) She is starting to have the energy to do more physically demanding things, and the right side of her gums is nice and bright (the other side is still somewhat pale, not sure why) I've been worried all week because she hadn't been doing well, even just on Friday she refused breakfast. But Saturday it was as if she transformed and now she always gets water by herself (before, I usually had to move the bowl close to her) so we're very excited & celebrated with a trip to the pet store and got a new toy/bone (aside from a short walk/vet trips it was her first outing in a while) |

| Yeah, it sounds like Cookie has turned that corner to improving. One step at a time and any good day is a great day. Still good to keep an even emotional keel though. Try not to ge too excited just yet, but certainly enjoy your time with Cookie. Glad to hear the good news, Richard and Dylan |
