Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Boogie update

I was so nervous about reducing Boogie's pred. We went from 10 mgs. per day to 7.5 mgs. per day last week. On Monday, her pcv count was 31, which was in the range it had been for a couple weeks. Today even after the reduction in pred. her count was 37! I am so excited and praying her count holds. A month and a half ago and for two months before that, I never thought I'd be writing this. Boogie and I are so lucky!

That is great. Hopefully it just keeps getting higher as you lessen the suppression.
