| We have been out of town for New Year's. Bella had her last round of blood work on 12-27-07. Her PCV was down to 33% and her retics were down to 4.6% from the previous 37% and 6%. Dr. Krull indicated that this was likely due to the drop in prednisone to 10mg 1x, where she had been on 15mg with 10mg AM and 5pm PM. She goes back in this week for blood work again, so I'm hoping that she's back up slightly. She's still acting ok, just seems to be tired a lot. She is walking around with her tail held up more now than before, which seems to be a good sign. I'll just be glad when her levels have stabilized and she goes into remission. I miss my old Bella. |

| Glad to hear she is walking around with her tail up more. Thanks for the update--I am still learning about this dreadful disease, and I have found the communication here helpful. Sending good thoughts and prayers, Shirley |
