Canine Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA & IMHA) - Any News on Drago and Sway?
| It seems as if it's been an awfully long time since we heard any updates on Drago and Sway. Has anyone heard anything privately from Sue or from Josh? |

| hey/ sway is doing okay, she is still maintaining a 22 count as of saturday. she is also walking better and better each day but still cant get up from a sitting position yet. her eating is still spotty, but the last 48 hours she has been eating pretty solid. still isnt gaining any weight back tho, she is still only 25 lbs. (normally 40+) i have also been curious about drago, sue hasnt posted here in weeks...if anyone knows please fill us in- |

| Josh, glad to hear Sway is still hangin' in there! Monster was down to 33lbs, normally 45-50, and she looked HORRIBLE! You could see every bone in her little body and she shook any time she tried to stand or walk. Now, she's 55 lbs, can't get full and looks like a giant sausage with legs. She's even to eatten; raw potoes, a bag of splenda, a bag of granola, a pack of gum, shoes, her old bandages, poop, and she'll even beg for her pills -- whata change! | thanks guys :) has anyone heard anything about drago? i am fearing the worst because sue hasnt posted here in almost 3 weeks and she hasnt returned my email. i know last time she posted on here she was contemplating her options with what to do... |

| Josh -- we haven't heard anything, and I wrote Sue an e-mail over the weekend hoping to hear from her. She hasn't responded. I, too, am fearing the worst, because of the absence of information. I hope that Sue will contact us to let us know the latest -- this forum is such a wonderful support network, that I would hope Sue would stay with us if she and Drago are still fighting as well as if things didn't work out. |
