| Hi Folks, Well, I finally got through the new AAHA Canine Vaccination Guidelines. The report includes updated vaccinations guidelines, recommendations for titer testing, and an expanded discussion on vaccine adverse events (IMHA included). Additonally, the legal complications of not vaccinating a dog for rabies is discussed. One of the more exciting points, was the task force acknowledgment that in the case of non-rabies core vaccines, immunity for distemper and parvo for at least 5-years, and adenovirus at least 7-years. Great news! There is so much for our group in this document. Furhugs! Ella and Henri |
