Well it will be a year that Lola passed this coming Saturday. Hard to believe it's been that long, it feels like yesterday. Although I don't post much anymore, I see so many cases still popping up on here and it breaks my heart. I hope we can one day destroy this beast IMHA. I can recall that Sat a year ago and I am right there.... I hope that you all have the strength and courage needed to treat these babies with this dreadful disease. Sometimes the best medicine is the bittersweet love of knowing when to let go.

RIP Lola -- everyday is tough, my thoughts are with you, just know that the bridge is full of fun and loving characters that are living in peace -- we will see them again.

It is over a year also since I lost little Scruffy a dear sweet little pup only 9 months old. I will always wonder why. The pain does take a long time to go away as there are so many unanswered questions. I really do sympathise with everyone who is now fighting this horrid disease.

Courtney, I can't believe it has been a year. I am always thinking of the beloved pups here who have crossed over, and praying for the healing for their moms and dads. Our thoughts are with you and sweet Lola and the others running at the bridge. melissa and tiggs

I am so sorry everyone. I agree. It hurts, it hurts for a long time and it will never go away. Hopefully it will just be easier to deal with in time. Take care Courtney, Josh and Julie. My thoughts are with you all.
