About VetNet®

VetNet® is a publishing service for pet and animal owners, and veterinary practitioners. The autoimmune disease AIHA in dogs has become a key focus for VetNet®. The very active AIHA forum is used by many dog owners following first symptoms; through diagnosis; treatment; and in many cases recovery.

New VetNet® content includes a JobMatch service for both permanent and locum jobs; and a training and education area for practitioners.

The training area is inspired by the experience of owners and practitioners in the field of AIHA and autoimmune diseases in general. Firstly, the occurrence of these diseases seems to be increasing, and secondly the experience is spread thinly across practices. Treatment programs are no standardised and it can be difficult for the Vet in a small practice to find information quickly when a dog presents with multiple symptoms.

VetNet® - driven by users

VetNet® began as a service to pet owners. It is now driven by the needs and interests of the owners who use the web site and its interactive forum on a regular basis. We are conscious of increasing use by veterinary professionals and are adding services for them.

We also welcome advertising and sponsorship for organisations active in the pet and vet markets.
